Tomee-7.1.2 upgraded the tomcat-catalina dependency from *8.5.41* to *8.5.50*,
this originated the JNDI LDAP authentication to stop working.
This upgrade introduced a bug described here:

Upgrading tomcat-catalina to *8.5.51* solved the problem.
