Resolution: Won't Fix
You dont need to re-open those issues again and again. As commented in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-4613 , we can't really fix this as
we're bound to the opentelemetry version through the microprofile
specification, which is "set into stone" for TomEE 10.
