Fixes [TOMEE-4700](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-4700).
`openejb-hessian` is dead weight: nothing in the codebase depends on it. It
is not
referenced by any BOM, any assembly, `tomee/pom.xml` or any other module —
its only
mention outside its own directory is the `<module>` line in
`server/pom.xml`. It is
therefore built and published to Maven Central, but never shipped in any
TomEE
distribution.
On top of that, its `com.caucho:hessian` dependency is `provided`, so even
if a user
wired the jar in by hand, `HessianService` / `HessianExtension` just log
Hessian is not available so openejb-hessian will not deploy any service
and no-op unless the user also supplies Hessian themselves.
### Changes
- removed `server/openejb-hessian`
- removed the `openejb-hessian` module from `server/pom.xml`
`mvn validate` passes on the full reactor.
