RAFPassivater wrote passivated state to predictable names directly in java.io.tmpdir, which another local user could pre-create. Files now go into an owner-only openejb-passivation-* directory and pre-existing files or symlinks are refused. This also fixes the recorded file id and size per entry, so activate reads back what passivate wrote (the round trip was broken before).
