Use complete Tailwind CSS for proper styling (#9)
Replace incomplete tailwind-base.css with full Tailwind v3.4.1 build.
Fixes layout issues, icon sizing, spacing, and all styling on
https://trafficserver.apache.org/newsite/
Tailwind CSS is MIT licensed and compatible with Apache 2.0 projects.
