The main development path is 4.0. That is what you can check out from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine/core/trunk
The next release version will be 4.0M1 (a milestone release). You can build
Turbine 4.0 with Maven-2.
Thank you for your hints about the wiki-links. You would be able to fix these
yourself, however.
