Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: Core 4.0-M2
Since Release Core 4.0M2 Fulcrum Security (version 1.1.0) is included. Fulcrum
Security Component allows to handle different Security OMs, not just Torque In
Release 4.0 any class with reference to Torque (e.g. scheduler service) will be
removed or deprecated..
