at 83d09ef Switch to mariadb using torque 5.2-SNAPSHOT, disable volume
mapping of local m2rep0 (needed only for local snapshots), which podman up to
now does not support for windows system, update parent apache version from 29
to 31, set in log4j2 torque and turbine to debug by default, fix debugging
address in socket debugging, add datetimeformatterservice to onfigured turbine
services.
