Log:
Add xalan depnendency which is required because wss4j uses the xalan URI
toString method. (dragging in all xalan just to get a uri toString seems less
than ideal, it has been changed in later wss4j releases, no idea if they work
with the rest of the Tuscany Axis2 release and dependencies though
