contain clang! clang has a separate sourcecode, and thus building llvm from source wont create clang. Does TVM require Clang? or LLVM infrastructure? or both? it would be much appreciated if this could be reflected in the documentation as well. Also the status of support for clang (which version works on windows, prebuilt or built from source) is highly appreciated as well.
