Update: In the above analysis, I summarize that `float64` in `InstanceNormRel` should be `Tensor[(1), float64]`. Seems this scala type is from `_create_typed_const` function located in function `instance_norm` under class `PyTorchOpConverter` of file named `relay/frontend/pytorch.py`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
