Binary was created using {clml} but a loader of that name is not registered.
Available loaders are opencl, GraphRuntimeFactory, GraphExecutorFactory,
static_library, relax.Executable, AotExecutorFactory, metadata_module,
VMExecutable, metadata, const_loader. Perhaps you need to recompile with this
runtime enabled.
