@tqchen , * The MSWIN [```__ImageBase```](https://devblogs.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20041025-00/?p=37483) issue is fixed using [COFF workaround flags](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/cbdd14ee9de72c277d9f89a6aa57c54a495f5458/llvm/include/llvm/ExecutionEngine/Orc/RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.h#L91-L96) via explicit JIT linkage pass. * For track of record, the reference LLVM [example](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/cbdd14ee9de72c277d9f89a6aa57c54a495f5458/llvm/examples/Kaleidoscope/include/KaleidoscopeJIT.h#L58-L61) was used here, where mentioned flags are showcased.
