Thanks @zhiics and @tqchen . We have add the basic user document for TVMDSOOp in [discuss](https://discuss.tvm.ai/t/add-the-document-for-tvmdsoop/6622). We have integrated with [TensorFlow Serving](https://github.com/tensorflow/serving) for serving models with TVM operators as well and we use TVMDSOOp with TVM-based operators to get 50% speed-up for TensorFlow depthwise-conv model.
