This PR introduces support for the following operators via the Ethos-N
codegen:
- Quantized Fully Connected
- Quantized Addition
- Depth-to-space
- Max/Avg Pool 2D
- Quantized Relu (Clip)
- Reshape
- Quantized Sigmoid
Additionally, tests for mobilenet, inceptionv3/4 and ssd mobilenet are added.
