@tqchen @zhiics @jroesch @ZihengJiang @tmoreau89 @junrushao1994 we have removed the 3rdparty dependency and moved the Universal codepaths under the optional flag `USE_POSIT`. Users will now have to clone the Universal repository separately to use the Universal code paths.
