I think that the name `per_class_non_maximum_supression` implies that there is one class label per bounding box, but the ONNX version allows a box to be selected by multiple classes, so I prefer `all_class_non_maximum_supression` over `per_class_non_maximum_supression` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
