Review comment:
       I think it worth having a look at 
https://github.com/apache/tvm/blob/main/python/gen_requirements.py to add there 
dependencies there, so that users don't need to figure out by themselves the 
dependencies.

Review comment:
       One issue I found when partitioning `mobilenet_v1_1.0_224_quant.tflite` 
with ethos-n before building it, I got:
