Move hexagon runtime files used for ARM offload to Hexagon into runtime/hexagon/android and runtime files compiled for hexagon into runtime/hexagon/hexagon. Use common hexagon_module.h for the "offload runtime" as well as the new hexagon runtime. Possible alternative directory name: `runtime/hexagon/offload` Open to any suggestions, main goal is to separate distinct components into their own directory structure, as well as keeping this PR distinct from the new device runtime implementation for hexagon for easier review. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
