Review comment:
       I'm a big confusing for this use case:
   - `env = TaskExtraction()`: Based on this use case, this is more like 
`TaskExtractionEnv()`.
   - `env.query`: I cannot understand what is being queried and from where...
   - "task_name" seems the same for all extracted tasks. What's the purpose of 
it?
   - `IntegrationContext.entry_point` is also confusing. What are we entering, 
and what's the relationship between this and query?

       Be careful about this. We previously has a case that users may disable 
some passes or use different opt_level, which result in task mismatching.
