       Host: start a tracker 
             python3 -m tvm.exec.rpc_tracker --host=0.0.0.0 --port=9190
   
       Device: register to host tracker 
           python -m tvm.exec.rpc_server --tracker=10.100.1.24:9190 --key=sim
          
           vta device config info:
           tvm/3rdparty/vta-hw/config/vta_config.json
