Review Comment:
From our understanding, the input tensor will never be more than 20. The
data is from the tflite model, and with tflite format, maximum number of
tensors (inputs + weights) for unidirection sequence lstm is 20. Of course that
is version dependence of tflite. If tflite change its format in the future, we
have to adjust this assert statement.
