- Recreate the existing TE-based elementwise-add benchmark
in TVMScript.
The TE-based benchmark has several features not (yet)
present in the new TVMScript one:
- support for `mem_scope='global.vtcm'`
- scheduling
- Small refactoring of how these benchmarks use the
`BenchmarkTable` class.
