I'm surprised http://ai.stanford.edu/ went down - [Pytorch](https://pytorch.org/vision/0.12/_modules/torchvision/datasets/stanford_cars.html) and [Tensorflow](https://github.com/tensorflow/datasets/blob/master/tensorflow_datasets/image_classification/cars196.py) both use this link for their datasets packages, so it seems to be trusted.
