1. Support dnnl.global_avg_pooling2d, test cases are added. 2. Fix bugs on python function `get_shape` and `get_dtype`. Cannot get the expected results, when getting shape / dtype from `multiply` op. 3. Fuse `nn.pad()->nn.avg_pool2d()`, which may be encountered in `inception_v3`.
