I'm on almost the exact same environment - Ubuntu 20.04 and Python 3.8.10 [(see log)](https://github.com/apache/tvm/files/9802521/out_tuning_log.txt). I wonder if this is an issue with your Python `PATH` environment, but I don't have any way to investigate.
