There is no big difference except some missing details in the doc. The link to the artifact can be found in the CI log, but I found the link is broken because the last build for v0.12.0 branch is two weeks ago and the artifact was removed, so I rerun the CI and download the artifact. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
