### Steps to reproduce
Clone tvm with the `unity` branch on revision
`a2bddcf3b21547b72672a88e9d4a0a0fe00321d2` and cd into tvm/rust and run `cargo
build` or create an empty Rust project and import TVM and run `cargo build`.
