Added sandbox/patches directory in order to make it easier to share and track
patch files and other updated files in between releases. This is by no means a
proper method to handle patches. It is just intended to be a slightly better
way to handle situations where you want to share modified code as opposed to
attaching it to an email.
Added vSphere_SDK_2.3.2_updated.pm. A description of the changes made to this
file are included in the POD text.
