[Android] Add convinence binary of weex_sdk
This convinence binary(i.e. `weex_sdk.aar`) is only for
[TravisCI](https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/pull/2940/files#diff-354f30a63fb0907d4ad57269548329e3R141-R143)
purpose, users should never import this file directly.
