ModalWindow popups are unclickable

I'm using ModalWindow with Panel content (using setContent()).
Pressing *anywhere* In the opened modal causes the modal content to resize (and
a resize cursor apprears),
in other words, some javascript bug causes the contect to act as the right-size
resize bar.
This only happens in IE6.
