I found that the input type="text" fields in our app couldn't be edited
sometimes after closing a ModalWindow dialog. I thought at first that it might
be an issue with our javascript or a custom component, but I've pared it down
to a quickstart that doesn't use any of our code. Instructions for reproducing
the problem are on the quickstart page.
