Note: when trying to fake a real file system on the server, e.g., by using URLs
like /dir/index.html?query, now also the trailing slash is added
(/dir/index.html/?query) which requires to use an own implementation of the
QueryStringUrlCodingStrategy. Maybe you could add an option to the class?
