I see that Igor has committed a change so that enclosure does check
isRenderAllowed()...
So as far as I'm concerned this issue is resolved.
The discussion did continue about renaming RENDER/isRenderAllowed.
I'll leave this open so you guys can decide on what you want to do about that.
