Running quickstart as explained on http://wicket.apache.org/quickstart.html
works fine. But running the jetty-container, expecting a reload after a file
modification won't work because of wrong version of slf4j-log4j12. The
generated pom.xml creates a dependency to version 1.0.1but the required version
is at least 1.4.2.
