PopupCloseLink broken with 1.3.0-rc2 in Internet Explorer

A popup in Internet Explorer does not close when clicking on a PopupCloseLink.
Instead of closing it shows the Page in xml-View:

In rc1 there was no xml-header ( <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> ), in
rc2 there is.
