For what it's worth, I had this same issue when I placed the <div> for the
modal window component inside a Form. I'm not sure if it was the fact that it
was in the Form, or the fact that the visibility of the Form was being toggled
that caused the issue. In any case, moving the div out one level solved the
problem for me.
