PopupDatePicker in wicket-contrib-datepicker and
wicket.extensions.markup.html.datepicker.DatePicker in version 1.2.7 has
corrupted language files for Finnish and Swedish. Scandinavian letters like ä
and ö are replaced with rubbish like ö or ?.
