On one hand the current implementation seems bug-prone, so it might be good to
fix it in 1.4.
But on other hand, there hasn't been a lot of complaints, there are no voters
or watchers, and the changes (maybe even adding a commons-io dependency) might
be invasive.
So for now I'll put it in 1.5, please make some noise if you want this in 1.4 :)
