UTF-8 encoding should not be hard coded in
BaseWicketTester.isComponentOnAjaxResponse:
boolean isAjaxResponse = ajaxResponse.startsWith("<?xml version=\"1.0\"
encoding=\"UTF-8\"?><ajax-response>");
Moreover, it is very hard to work around this limitation due to a poor design
of BaseWicketTester, Result and so on.
