Fix For: 1.4.0
Some JavDoc examples still refer to WicketServlet, instead they shoud use
WicketFilter.
Most important candidate might be
./wicket-spring/src/main/java/org/apache/wicket/spring/SpringWebApplicationFactory.java
grep . -R --include '*.java' -e 'WicketServlet'
indicates that others might be affected too.
