application is running under context eg. http://localhost:8080/myContext/
unauthenticated user requests page requiring authentication eg.
http://localhost:8080/myContext/menu
user is redirected to login. After the login user is redirected to
http://localhost:8080/menu
Problem is in PageMap class on line 265
interceptContinuationURL = "/" +
cycle.getRequest().getURL();
interceptContinuationURL is absolute (starts with /), therefore context path
should be included
