Executing "mvn eclipse:eclipse" in newly created quickstart project can not
download "maven-jetty-plugin" from repository.
Reason:
Plugin-artifactId has been renamed to "jetty-maven-plugin".
Fix this in the pom.xml of the 1.4.1 quickstart artifact.
