Nested ModalWindow Form Submission error

When submitting a form inside a nested modal window (a modal window opened from
within another modal window), you get the "Are you sure you want to navigate
away from this page" javascript confirmation box and the form is never
submitted. Firebug shows me the error is on line 465 of wicket-ajax.js. I
will attach the test case I used show the bug.
