The class org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.CheckBoxMultipleChoice does not
allow disabling individual checkboxes. Normally this would be done by
overriding AbstractChoice.isDisabled, but the CheckBoxMulitpleChoice component
never calls this method during rendering.
