As per issue : http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-847
This now seems to be fixed on all desktop browsers but the problem still occurs
in Android and N97 SDK browser emulators.
The workaround of mounting the page works but it is unlikely that developers
would know this, it took me a lot of digging to find the original bug.
