FilterToolbar fails to render in 1.5-SS

Adding FilterToolbar to a DataTable (using wicket 1.5-SS) throws:

org.apache.wicket.markup.MarkupNotFoundException: Markup not found for 
Component: [MarkupContainer [Component id = filter]]

Please find attached the test project to reproduce this behavior.
