Fix For: 1.5-M1
currently the handling of the exception has to be done in the constructor,
which is a little awkword because you have to tweak the requestcycle or
something else before the exception is caught and requestcycle is properly
rewound. instead, the exception should contain a callback method that is called
by whatever catches it and rewinds the requestcycle.
