I do not see SVN commits on JIRA issue and so cannot test whatever the it is
fixed and apply a fix, so we reverted to wicket 1.4.5 on our production
1.4.6 version is totally unusable due to this bug if
BookmarkablePageRequestTargetUrlCodingStrategy is being used
