A 'Application_ch.properties' was generated due fixing Issue: WICKET-743 but
the correct language-extension for German/Swiss is '_de_CH' and not '_ch'
(witch stands for Chamorro).
Fix: rename 'Application_ch.properties' to 'Application_de_CH.properties'.
